Just as Jesus called the first apostles, He calls each of us to follow Him, too. Not everyone is called to leave their business or family behind, but we are expected to put God first in everything. We should give our first and best of everything to Him: our time in daily prayer, our talent in participating in one of our parish ministries and our treasure to support the financial needs of our parish mission.

On Monday, February 2, we celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord. This day is also know as Candlemas, which traditionally involves the blessing of candles for the year.
Parishioners are invited to bring a representative sampling of Candles used in their homes to be Blessed during Mass.

Feast of St. Blaise
12:10 pm Daily Mass
The Feast of St. Blaise is celebrated on February 3rd to honor the 4th-century Armenian bishop and martyr known for healing miracles, particularly protecting against throat illnesses.
In honor of this special Feast, the Blessing of Throats will take place at the 12:10pm Daily Mass on that Day.

2026 Anniversary Mass Registration: All couples celebrating their 5th, 25th, 50th, or 60+ Catholic wedding anniversary are invited to attend the Annual Anniversary Liturgy celebrated by Cardinal Tobin on Sunday, May 3rd at 3 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark. Couples who wish to participate are asked to register online by clicking here. The registration deadline is April 14, 2026. Please submit one registration form per couple.
Is Your Child Called to Being an Altar Server? The Parish The Altar Server Ministry is a very special group of young people in our parish who have answered God's call to ministry.
